I’ve used this a couple of times. Once when I fell down the stairs and recently when I had shingles. Couldn’t have coped without it. Amazing for pain, inflammation & swelling. Love this and handy to have in for emergencies.

If like me you have Long Covid/ME/CFS and have been recommended these supplements by a specialist, then you are probably on some medication too. I can’t tell if these supplements are having an effect but overall I’m feeling better with meds + supplements and all the other advice I’m following.

We had an issue with the original sublime vitality and had a positive and helpful response from customer service within the day. The lemon flavour sublime vitality was sent as a replacement and while still not delicious, we found it greatly improved from the original. Customer service was also greatly improved and much appreciated

Definitely noticed a difference taking this. But the packaging needs to be changed to a small tub. Too difficult to get out of a bag.
