Christmas Posting Information
We are so grateful that you have chosen to shop with an independent business like ourselves this Christmas, it really means the world to us.
To make sure that your order arrives with you or your loved one in time for Christmas, please be place your order by:
- For customers outside of the UK: Wednesday 9th December
- For UK customers: Monday 21st December
Please be aware that these dates are based on Royal Mail and Parcelforce services operating as usual and expected. However, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, transport links and customs, there may be a slightly longer delay which is unfortunately out of our control.
Orders will continue to be shipped throughout Christmas and New Year but may be subject to delays. Our mailorder department will be closed from 24th December - 29th December and from the 31st December - 4th January 2021. If you place an order during this time, your order will be shipped on the next working day in which we are open.
We strongly advise placing your order at least 5 to 7 days before these last recommended posting dates if your order is urgent to allow more time and avoid any disappointment.
