International Orders & Customs
Orders despatched to destinations outside the UK are treated as exports from the UK.
From 1st January 2021, our online sales to EU customers who reside at an EU address, have been also treated as exports from the UK. Therefore, all our goods shipped from the UK to EU are subject to new regulations, customs, and duties resulting from Brexit.
When we export goods from the UK to our international customers:
- No UK VAT: No UK VAT on orders shipped from the UK to destinations outside the UK.
- Import VAT and duties: Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable import VAT and duties on orders shipped from the UK to the EU, and Buyers will be contacted by local customs for payment when your goods arrive in your EU county. Please contact your local customs agencies for more details.
Our international customers can choose one of the following shipping options:
- Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU): You don't need to pay your import VAT and Duties on your orders at the time of checkout. but you will get contacted by customs once your shipment arrives and will have to settle any charges in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered to you.
- Delivered Duties Paid (DDP): At the checkout when selecting your desired shipping method, you will see along with standard shipping rates that for an additional upfront cost payment of Import VAT and Duties can be automatically included. This can save on the hassle of delayed deliveries due to outstanding fees incurred when the shipment arrives at your destination country.
Whilst we do everything we can to ensure customs clearance of your order, we advise that you check with your local customs office before importing anything into your country that may be stopped or have charges applied.
