Delivery Information - Other Important Notes

1. Customs Clearance, Taxes & Duties and Delays for International Delivery

Orders despatched to destinations outside the UK are treated as exports from the UK.

From 1st January 2021, our online sales to EU customers who reside at an EU address, have been also treated as exports from the UK. Therefore, all our goods shipped from the UK to EU are subject to new regulations, customs, and duties resulting from Brexit.

When we export goods from the UK to our international customers:

  • No UK VAT: No UK VAT on orders shipped from the UK to destinations outside the UK.
  • Import VAT and duties: Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable import VAT and duties on orders shipped from the UK to the EU, and Buyers will be contacted by local customs for payment when your goods arrive in your EU county. Please contact your local customs agencies for more details.

Whilst we do everything we can to ensure customs clearance of your order, we advise that you check with your local customs office before importing anything into your country that may be stopped or have charges applied.

Just Herbs will not be liable for charges or refunds if your shipment is stopped, charged for or confiscated by customs. Due to the nature of International delivery we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred to your parcel en route. This includes parcels that may become misplaced during transit.

2. Service disruption due to the Coronavirus

Due to delivery restrictions caused by coronavirus, we are required to review our delivery options time to time, and we may need to suspend to delivery to some countries. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. Sadly, it is beyond our control.

We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service. If, however, for any reason, you have any hesitancy or questions, please reach out and contact us.
