Your order will be sent out by the Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service.
We aim to ship all orders the next working day after your order, if all items are in stock. If there is a delay we will let you know.
Please note that our mailorder department is operational Monday - Friday only. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped from the following Monday.
Once your package is posted, delivery is usually within 2 days, however due to the coronavirus there may be delays upwards of 5 working days. We provide a fully trackable service.
Overseas Shipping & Delivery
For shipping cost calculations for overseas, please enter your preferred products into the basket and select your shipping address - a price will then be generated based on the weight and destination of your order. We ship all international orders via Royal Mail International Tracked Services.
1 Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is 3 - 4 working days
Deliveries to overseas countries normally take 5 - 7 working days, but can take up to 14 days. We provide a fully trackable service.

Due to delivery restrictions caused by coronavirus, Royal Mail is temporarily unable to deliver to some countries. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. Sadly it is beyond our control. Please check the following link to see the status for your country before you place your order.

Customs Clearance & Delays
Products exported from the U.K. may attract import duties or taxes on entry into your country. We cannot predict whether you will be charged and if so, how much you will be charged. Please check with your local customs office before importing items into your country that may be stopped or have charges applied at customs.
We dispatch to you in good faith and if something gets stuck in customs this is beyond our control. Just Herbs will not be liable for charges or refunds if your shipment is stopped, charged for or confiscated by customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Due to the nature of International delivery we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred to your parcel en route. This includes parcels that may become misplaced during transit.
