As the postal system is outside of our control, goods are returned at your own risk and cost.
While the goods are in your possession you must look after them, and you will be responsible for any loss we incur if you do not take reasonable care. Please make sure that the returned product and packaging is sealed, hasn’t been used and is in a re-saleable condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 3 days of receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the goods are damaged in transport or are faulty, please let us know straight away. They will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you, once we receive them back from you (unless we agree otherwise after communication with you).

We will examine the returned item, refund you to the same credit or debit card originally used by you to pay for the goods, and notify you of your refund via e-mail, no more than 14 days after we receive the goods back.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept cancellation of your order or offer a refund or exchange on: bespoke items, loose herbs or dispensed tinctures.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange the item, it has not been used and the seal is not broken, please tell us on a note included with the returned item. Please also include your original order number. If you have not told us that you want to exchange the item, we will just refund you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We will refund the price of the goods including the standard UK delivery that we charged you,if you have:
- Originally bought the product from us and we can trace your order on our system; and
- Returned the unwanted goods to us within 14 days of your order; or
- Cancelled your order in accordance with your legal rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Your refund will be made to the same credit or debit card originally used by you to pay for the goods, no more than 14 days after we receive the goods back.
