We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. The shipping method we use for small and medium orders is “Royal Mail First Class”. If the customer is ordering from outside of the United Kingdom there will be postal charges. Just-Herbs is not responsible for any products lost/stolen outside of the United Kingdom. By placing an order with us the customer agrees to this, and holds all accountability for the shipping when ordering from outside of the UK. Full returns are accepted within 7 days, on all orders.
If the product has been assessed and seen that it has either been tampered or used we will not offer a return for this order. Please contact us first before sending products back to us.
