Shipping:
Will my package be sent discretely?
All packages are sent with discrete packaging, in brown or white envelopes. There will only be your address and a return address on the backside.
If I am not at home, what will happen to my order?
Usually if your not at home the postman will leave a parcel slip to let you know that the parcel is at your local depot. If this is not the case then it will be left with your neighbors. If the parcel is not obtained from the depot between 7 to 14 days it is returned back to us.

Our orders are sent (Within the UK) via Royal Mail First Class. It usually takes between 1 to 3 working days to be reach the recipient. Although this can sometimes be delayed for several reasons; holidays, postal strikes and postal problems. It is best to check with your local post office to see if the depot has received the item before contacting us, also check with your neighbors as the postman may have given the item to them.
Can I Track and Trace my delivery?

For international orders, once the parcel arrives into your country, the parcel is usually handed to your main postal service. You can use the same tracking number with that service.

We offer 7 Days money back guarantee, the item must be fully packaged and unused. If the product has been assessed and seen that it has either been tampered or used we will not offer a return for this order. Please contact us first before sending products back to us.

When going into the login section of our website you can click on the "I forgot my password" hyperlink, follow the process to obtain your new password.
The website is not functioning/displaying correctly.
This can usually be resolved by enabling cookies. Please enable cookies within the "Internet options" settings of your browser [Internet Explorer, Firefox & Safari].
Privacy options should also be set to Medium or Less, by enabling cookies and setting the correct privacy options this resolves the majority of issues.
Why have I have had no response?
Sometimes emails do not get delivered or are marked as spam/deleted, we usually reply within 24 hours to all emails so if you have not had any reply please try again.

Please enable cookies this resolves alot of login issues, also try removing all cookies and resetting your browser. If this does not work please check/change your login and password. If the problem persists please enquire and we will do our best to rectify the problem.
